We process personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Advertising applications: Name, business tagline, website URL, logo image, contact email address, and any additional notes submitted through the Advertise page. This data is collected to process sponsorship applications and manage active advertising slots.
• Server access logs: IP address, browser user agent, pages visited, and timestamps. Retained for a maximum of 30 days before automatic deletion.

3. Data We Do Not Process

All screenshot editing and image processing happens entirely within your browser. We do not receive, process, or store any app screenshots, canvas designs, or exported images. No user account data is collected as no account registration is required to use the service.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

• Advertising submissions: Processed on the basis of your consent and for the performance of the advertising agreement you enter into with us.
• Server logs: Processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and integrity of the service.

5. Data Retention

• Advertiser data: Retained for the duration of the advertising agreement and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
• Server logs: Automatically deleted after 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
• Request a portable copy of your data.

Advertiser data is stored using Supabase infrastructure, which implements industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

8. International Data Transfers

Our service uses third-party infrastructure (Supabase, Lemon Squeezy) that may involve processing data in countries outside your own. Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your personal data improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.
