AppScreenshotsKit ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have when you use AppScreenshotsKit.

1. What We Do Not Collect

All screenshot editing, image processing, canvas rendering, and export operations happen entirely inside your browser. Your app screenshots, design work, and exported images are never transmitted to our servers. We cannot see, access, or store your images under any circumstances.

2. Information We May Collect

• Advertiser submissions: If you submit a sponsorship application via the Advertise page, we collect your name, business tagline, logo, website URL, contact email, and any additional notes you provide. This information is stored to process your application and manage your sponsorship slot.
• Payment information: Sponsorship payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

3. Analytics

We use cookie-free, privacy-respecting analytics that records only aggregate page view counts. No personal identifiers, device fingerprints, or cross-site tracking data are collected or stored.

4. Server Logs

Our web server automatically generates standard access logs containing IP addresses, browser types, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are used solely for security monitoring and are automatically deleted after 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts: The editor loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect usage data subject to their own privacy policy.
• Supabase: Advertiser submission data is stored using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard security measures.
• Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing for advertising sponsorships is handled by Lemon Squeezy.

6. Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. Lemon Squeezy may set cookies during the payment process on their hosted checkout pages.

7. Your Rights

If you have submitted an advertising application and wish to request access to or deletion of your personal data, please contact us at info@appscreenshotskit.com. We will respond to all legitimate requests promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
